Cacao Days '24

We are proud to be in collaboration with Natural Sweet Life, thank you Leslie Walker! Celebrate Cacao Days ‘24 with us – view through the lens of a teleidoscope! On a windy afternoon, this video was made using Ceremonial Grade Cacao, Fresh Sunflower, & Sun-Dried Stevia Leaf ~

AFFIRMATIONS:
1. "I draw from my inner strength and light."

2. "What is within me is plenty."

3. "I honor my true hungers and nourish my mind, body and soul."

Cacao is a delicious superfood that we all love. It is also known as Theobroma Cacao, which is the Latin term for “Food of the Gods”. Cacao is raw which means that it has not been treated. It is made by fermenting and pressing unroasted cacao beans, therefore its nutritional benefits are still intact. Cocoa powder and chocolate are made from an extract of the seeds of the fruit of the cacao tree, and both have shown to be linked to potential health benefits. Research shows that the quality and quantity of antioxidants in cocoa and chocolate are very high and their flavonoids are believed to help with anti-aging, as well as reduce the number of free radicals in the body that contribute to medical problems, such as cardiovascular disease and cancer. Cacao is also linked to having tryptophan and anandamide, which lessen anxiety, promote relaxation, and trigger the production of endorphins ~

"Leslie is one of the most helpful and inspiring people that I have ever met. Before having her as my coach, I was afraid to speak my truth about my addiction to sugar. I always thought I was strong when it came to my sugar addiction - I was wrong. Thankfully, Leslie has helped me to shift my perspective in a way that allows me to live my best life - and in the most natural way possible! I sincerely believe I am stronger with Leslie's help and support"
